Water Drop Angle Tester

The water drop angle tester is an affordable entry-level static contact angle analyzer. Based on the principle of optical image analysis, it tests the contact angle of liquids on solid surfaces, the surface tension of liquids, and the estimation of solid surface energy and its components.


It is widely used in the analysis of surface treatment effects and cleanliness detection in industries such as spraying, coating, glass, aluminum foil, electronic components, and cleaning.

  5. A camera and continuously zoomable lens, combined with a precision focusing positioning stage, enabling long-distance clear focusing.

  6. Cold light source technology to ensure clear droplet contours.

  7. Real-time video monitoring of the test area, capable of instant freezing and continuous capture of sample image information, with adjustable capture cycles.

  8. The software provides various professional measurement and calculation methods, suitable for the analysis of multiple types of solid surfaces and droplet shapes.

  9. The software can calculate contact angle values in multiple ways, and the left and right contact angles can be calculated and compared separately to achieve more accurate test results.

  10. The software supports saving and importing images for re-analysis, as well as printing test data.
